Returns & Delivery
Our current UK delivery charge is £5 for orders under the value of £75.00. We offer free delivery for orders over this amount.
For deliveries within the UK we aim to dispatch all online orders within 2 working days, we send parcels by Royal Mail 1st class post. Please note that for certain fragile or large items we may choose to send your order by an independent courier. In these instances, delivery may take 7-10 days and we will contact you to advise you of this. If your order is required urgently please contact us at email@example.com and we will endeavour to get it to you sooner.
We deliver worldwide, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org for a quotation.
As soon as you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email informing you that we have received your order. If you do not receive this email please contact email@example.com so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully. If an item that you have ordered is temporarily out of stock we will get in touch with you to advise you of the earliest possible delivery date. If you are not satisfied with the delivery date we offer you, you have the option of cancelling the order and we will refund your card.
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from loupe and facet but if for any reason you are unhappy with an item please firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance. Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your full refund or exchange will be given
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted please check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company/ bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
